Job Summary:

The

Bid Coordinator is responsible for content coordination, writing, graphics coordination, formatting, and on-time delivery of bid/proposal submissions. You will ensure all submissions are in alignment with Introba's brand standards and strategy. You will maintain and manage Deltek data in tracking of opportunities and prepare reports from them. You will maintain marketing materials and provide assistance for Marketing/BD events and provide in-house sales & marketing support to other members of the Marketing team as required.


Responsibilities:


  • Develops and maintain bid/ content library information systems (client files, resume and project description files, etc.).
  • Creation of bespoke written bid material aligned to capture plan and bid strategy with support from BD and marketing Lead
  • Identify and continually update bid content and style to ensure that the business remains a market leader in bid
  • Lead the development of capture planning and bid process and structure, setting timescales for tender responses, and ensure internal deadlines are
  • Assist Principals within the firm to complete bids and project competitions at all levels ensuring/creating correct materials are used (including CVs, project profiles, case
- studies, PowerPoint slides, technical answers, graphics etc).

  • Review and edit technical content for structure, completeness, compliance, and organisational
  • Maintain Deltek Opportunity data in liaison with teams for accurate monthly sales reporting
  • Propose new tactics using experience and expertise to ensure progressive improvements in win
  • Management of multiple tender portals, registering expressions of interest, submitting tender/PQQ returns and posting/receiving
  • Liaise with staff in all departments to collate technical information to use in prequalification questionnaires (PQQ), responses to invitations to tender (ITT) and business proposals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years bid writing/production
  • Essential experience within the Construction sector, ideally the Architects/Engineers/Consultants (AEC) Sector.
  • Experience in bidding to national/local government and understand the strict PQQ/ITT/RFP/EOI's process.
  • Advanced Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Intermediate graphic design skills proficiency in the use of desktop publishing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign).
  • Ability to build professional and amenable relationships with colleagues from diverse business disciplines at all levels.
  • Impeccable writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Faultless organisation skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
  • A team player who is helpful and comfortable in being the focal point of contact for the Bid Team in UK who is also selfmotivated and able to work using their initiative.
  • Competent and confident working under pressure and, at times, working to very short deadlines.
