BNJ Consultants are looking for experienced machine operators to join our client based in Tamworth on a temp to perm basis.

Counterbalance licence/experience is an advantage however this is not essential


Duties:


  • Operate and maintain various machines in a manufacturing environment
  • Set up machines according to specifications and ensure proper functioning
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
  • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:


  • Good math skills for measurements and calculations
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
  • Experience with welding, assembling, or other mechanical tasks preferred
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and materials handling
  • Knowledge of tooling and the ability to use various hand tools
  • Understanding of logic controllers and their functions

Shifts/Hours available:


  • Monday to Thursday
  • 14pm to 23.30pm

Benefits:


  • 1 hr break (30 minutes paid, 30 minutes unpaid)
  • Pay rate: £13 per hour
  • 36 hours per week
