Service Administrator
This is a permanent, full time role working within a busy Service Department at our Kidderminster Head Office.

A strong understanding of Customer service and high standards and values is essential.


Job Purpose:


  • Answering and logging calls
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Providing quotations
  • Booking and scheduling jobs

Key Requirements:


  • Excellent inter personal and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of excellent Customer Service
  • Previous administration experience within an office environment preferable but not essential
  • A flexible approach to working
  • Great attention to detail
  • Confident, professional telephone manner
  • Confident using Microsoft Office IT programs
- including Word and Excel
