An opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, vibrant, international business as a Senior Finance Business Partner based in Mid Kent.

The Senior FBP will be a high calibre individual with great attention to detail as you will be responsible for the production of both financial and non-financial information to support the business performance.

Duties will include:

Prepare and deliver all management reporting.
Produce detailed, insightful, and concise business performance with variance analysis in a clear and professional format in both UK and US GAAP.
Provide ad hoc reporting and commercial analysis as required.
Support reporting improvements and identifying opportunities for further enhancement.
Ensure all business owners understand their budget/forecast
Prepare scenarios with the input from the budget owners and model impact
Manage and deliver annual budget and ensure strategic priorities of the business are reflected
Manage and deliver detailed forecasts monthly, quarterly, and rolling 12 months
Manage and deliver Long Term Plan (5 Years)
Support annual statutory audit
Support with M&A
Support with new ERP implementation to ensure system is fit for purpose and growth
Understand all business drivers and how these can be leveraged

The successful individual will be ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified with relevant experience to match the duties to be able to hit the ground running.

Knowledge of UK/US GAAP would be an advantage although not essential. You will be a confident individual beingable to converse financial information to people at all levels.
