Description

We are looking for skilled workers that are able to work within a team and alone working with timber to build sleeper beds and pergolas and maybe decking and be able to think of solutions to get over any issues that may arise in gardens as they come up.

Skills required are Pavers, bricklayers, artificial grass installation, Joinery, Labouring.

You must be self motivated and want to achieve high standards of work as an eye for detail is a must.

Ideally you must be able to talk clearly with customers so they are informed along the processes.

A strong work ethic is required as I am building teams to be able to work together as individual units when required on smaller projects where time is critical.

I am also looking for skilled labourers who can work with my paving teams to make mixes for laying paving and work well enough to keep them busy and also clean up as they go along as clean sites are easier to work in,

Training will be offered to those labourer's who show they are prepared to put the effort in and can step up to a more skilled role and eventually run a team themselves.

Salary:
£500.00-£800.00 per week
