Do you have experience working within a production environment and looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to join our Operations team.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of the workflow and tasks for a team of 9 production staff and will look after orders from the signoff of manufacturing drawings through to the delivery of the goods on site.

You'll work closely with the Company Directors and the Sales and Production team.


Day to day you'll be responsible for:

• Accurately planning production schedules
• Allocating precise daily task lists for each production operative
• Oversee the production and manufacturing of prototype new products
• Coordinating and arranging deliveries to site
• Monitoring stock of raw material, components and finished goods

You should be:

• Experienced working within a production/manufacturing business
• Able to monitor multiple priorities
• Clear thinking and methodical with excellent attention to detail
• Experienced in managing a team of production staff
• Expericened in managing a team remotely
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and quickly adapt to rapidly changing environments
• Extremely selfmotivated and results driven.
• Able to manage your time and prioritise your own workload
• Confident and tenacious attitude

Cutting Edge is a solid surface fabrication company. Our head office is based in Poynton and the workshop location is based in Bedfordshire. We fabricate products out of solid surface (Corian Himacs etc.) for a range of clients.
