HR Administration Assistant (Part time)

Lincoln Based


We have an opportunity for a well organised, enthusiastic and focused individual to join our HR team at our Lincoln office.

The role is part time, 15-25 hours per week, to provide administrative support within the HR team.


Key Responsibilities
Providing assistance with administrative support across the HR function, including:

  • Maintaining and updating accurate records for all staff
  • Onboarding of new staff, including offer letters, obtaining references, collecting information and issuing standard forms
  • Offboarding administration
  • Administration relating to the company provided benefits
  • Assisting with distribution and collation of annual forms
  • Mail merges
  • Monitoring sick leave
  • Administering the company's car parking scheme
  • Timesheet administration
  • Set up, roll out and maintenance of new People and Development software

Skills and Qualities required

  • Have a minimum of 1 year's office experience preferably in a professional services firm, but not essential
  • Minimum 8 GCSE grades 95 (A-C); with 6 (B) or above in Maths and English Language or equivalent
  • IT proficient with good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Confidentiality is a key part of this role
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise conflicting tasks
  • Methodical, keen attention to detail
  • Motivated, organised and efficient individual

Working Conditions & Package

  • Part time hours per week, over 3 or 4 days
