HR Administration Assistant (Part time)
Lincoln Based
We have an opportunity for a well organised, enthusiastic and focused individual to join our HR team at our Lincoln office.
Key Responsibilities
Providing assistance with administrative support across the HR function, including:
- Maintaining and updating accurate records for all staff
- Onboarding of new staff, including offer letters, obtaining references, collecting information and issuing standard forms
- Offboarding administration
- Administration relating to the company provided benefits
- Assisting with distribution and collation of annual forms
- Mail merges
- Monitoring sick leave
- Administering the company's car parking scheme
- Timesheet administration
- Set up, roll out and maintenance of new People and Development software
Skills and Qualities required
- Have a minimum of 1 year's office experience preferably in a professional services firm, but not essential
- Minimum 8 GCSE grades 95 (A-C); with 6 (B) or above in Maths and English Language or equivalent
- IT proficient with good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Confidentiality is a key part of this role
- Ability to multi task and prioritise conflicting tasks
- Methodical, keen attention to detail
- Motivated, organised and efficient individual

Working Conditions & Package
- Part time hours per week, over 3 or 4 days
