_Are you super organised with strong administration skills? Able to understand and interpret CAD diagrams?_

Main responsibilities: _

  • Day to day operation of a CAFM and Financial system (full training will be provided)
  • Daily liaison and updates with key customers, engineers, management & engineering teams
  • Ensuring that SLA and KPI's are met through effective management of the CAFM system
  • Understand, anticipate and deliver customer (internal and external) needs while building effective relationships
  • Understand procedures and processes and operate them to the required standard
  • Achieve results within quality and time restraints.
  • Update all relative Helpdesk monitoring spreadsheets in line with KPIs
  • Additional Contract Support duties including payroll admin, QHSE compliance, reporting, parts ordering, logging and assigning PPMs & further duties where required

_Key requirements:
_


  • Able to understand CAD drawings (
    essential)
  • Previous experience working with CAFM systems (
    desired)
  • Excellent verbal and written English as well as clear communication (
    essential)
  • Good basic education level (minimum A-C grades in English & Maths) (
    essential)
  • Computer literate with experience using MS Word, PowerPoint, Access & Outlook (
    essential)
  • Pervious experience in customer facing roles such as admin, customer service or helpdesk operator (
    essential)

  • This is a Monday-Friday office based role, working 40 hours per week with travel (once per week) to the Crawley branch_
  • 1 day per week working in the Crawley branch (travel expenses will be paid)_
