Responsibilities:

Reporting to the HR Operations Lead, take responsibility for all HR and Payroll Administration across the Group


This will include:

  • Responsibility for all administration relating to starters, movers, and leavers across the Group.
  • Ensure benefit and payroll administration is proactively administered using the HRIS (HR Information System) Workday.
  • Fully optimise the HRIS (HR Information System) Workday by ensuring it accurately reflects all colleague payroll, benefits and employee information data and that third parties are informed of any changes in a timely matter.
  • Take responsibility for managing offer documentation and the end to end onboarding processes for new joiners across the group. This will involve close liaison with the HR Operations Lead and HR Business Partners, picking up the process from when the offer is approved.
  • Take responsibility for all employee lifecycle administration, including family friendly leave, sickness and absence, including reporting.
  • Produce and maintain all colleague letters.
  • Manage and respond to all queries into the centralised HR admin mailbox within 48 hours.
  • Provide all colleague references.
  • Maintenance of electronic files and filing
  • Fully deputise for HR Operations Lead as and when required.

Skills and Experience:

  • A highly organised HR administrator
  • Exceptional PC skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel.
  • Workday experience preferable but not essential. More important is experience and aptitude with HR systems.
  • Ability to workload effectively.
  • Responsive to client / team / peer needs and requests.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexible and professional approach with the ability to work under pressure
  • Proactive, selfassured, and able to use own initiative.
