Customer Services Representative
Sovrin Plastics provides contract manufacturing services for the supply of plastic components and assemblies to the Healthcare industries.

This internal role is based in Slough and is a combination of internal sales and customer service.


Job details:


  • Full time position Monday to Friday
  • Core hours are :30

Experience & Education:


  • Customer focused role in a comparable organisation with at least for 5 years' experience

Skills required:


  • Proven experience in a businesstobusiness customer interface & customer focussed position or relevant similar role
  • Highly computer literate
  • Experience of working within an ERP driven working environment
  • Outstanding communication skill
  • Polite and professional manner
  • Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge & experience of post Brexit EU & other importation and exportation duties & processes an advantage
  • Proven analytical and interpretive skills
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Ability to work and make decisions on own initiative
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good personal presentation and elocution

Responsibilities:


  • Manage customer relationships
  • Maintenance of a regular liaison between customers and key departments of the company
  • Receive & process customer orders & forecasts and monitor ongoing demand
  • Ensure that the company ERP system is maintained
  • Managing customer forecasts and delivery requirements
  • Assist Logistics and other departments in the management of importing and exporting of goods
  • Compiling & manage summary reports


  • Continuous improvement

  • Working with Sovrin departments and with Customers to support improvement activities
