Customer Services Representative
Sovrin Plastics provides contract manufacturing services for the supply of plastic components and assemblies to the Healthcare industries.

This internal role is based in Slough and is a combination of internal sales and customer service.

Job details:

Full time position Monday to Friday
Core hours are :30

Experience & Education:

Customer focused role in a comparable organisation with at least for 5 years' experience

Skills required:

Proven experience in a businesstobusiness customer interface & customer focussed position or relevant similar role
Highly computer literate
Experience of working within an ERP driven working environment
Outstanding communication skill
Polite and professional manner
Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge & experience of post Brexit EU & other importation and exportation duties & processes an advantage
Proven analytical and interpretive skills
Good planning and organisational skills
Good telephone manner
Ability to work and make decisions on own initiative
Ability to work within a team
Good interpersonal skills
Good personal presentation and elocution

Responsibilities:

Manage customer relationships
Maintenance of a regular liaison between customers and key departments of the company
Receive & process customer orders & forecasts and monitor ongoing demand
Ensure that the company ERP system is maintained
Managing customer forecasts and delivery requirements
Assist Logistics and other departments in the management of importing and exporting of goods
Compiling & manage summary reports

Continuous improvement

Working with Sovrin departments and with Customers to support improvement activities
