Our national practice services personal injury claims from seven office locations across the UK.

The London team is a major force in the local market and is ranked in the top tier for defendant personal injury by the legal directories.

We act on complex and high-profile cases, led by experienced Partners recognized as market leaders in this sector. We are often instructed on UK cases requiring cross-border quantum investigations via our international offices.


We avoid unnecessary lawyering and are focused on working in partnership with our clients and delivering modern solutions, including our in-house R&D capability and award-winning product suite of technological and process innovations.


Clients

  • Large composite Insurers
  • London Market Insurers
  • EL/PL and motor insurers
  • Corporates

Cases

  • All aspects of motor and EL/PL claims up to and assisting on complex and high value personal injury, including some associated policy issues.
  • Personal injury cases with an overseas element, including jurisdiction and applicable law disputes.
  • Both prelitigation and litigated files. Promoting early resolution of claims without recourse to litigation.

Required experience

  • Experience of multitrack EL/PL and/or motor claims including larger losses, including quantum assessment.
  • Experience of progressing strategy/ case plans under supervision.
  • Experience of assisting on catastrophic claims.
  • Instructing counsel and experts.
  • SLA compliance and MI capture.
  • Experience of handling personal injury cases with an overseas element.
  • Experience of EL/motor policy issues.
