We are recruiting for a Evening Facilities Assistant to join our leading law firm client on a permanent basis.

The Evening Facilities Assistant will provide first class administrative and facilities support to the firm.

Duties will include but will not be limited to:
Dealing with Post

Reprographics

Setting up meeting rooms

Office moves

Liaising with contractors
