We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group for someone who is looking for their next challenge and to develop as a Personal Assistant.
The role will support our Heads of in the Strategy and Change team which forms part of our Heritage Business.
This role will provide a range of PA and administration services with ongoing development support.Who are we?

The role
The role holder will work with the Heads of on a day to day basis to be fully involved in all their business activities including supporting their work, sometimes of a sensitive nature, linked to business strategy.
- Provide a highly efficient, reliable and proactive PA service with ongoing development to the business leadership team to support their business effectiveness
- Build effective working relationships with business leaders and senior stakeholders to support business effectiveness
- Proactively identify and highlight issues for business leaders to action to ensure appropriate prioritisation is made and deadlines are met
- Develop and maintain a knowledge of the business to support business understanding and ensure PA support is as effective as possible
- Coordinate centralised processes such as travel bookings, stationery ordering, expense claims etc., to support the business leaders and teams
What are we looking for?
- Strong Administration experience essential with some PA experience
- Strong PC skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Strong people skills intuitive, personable, tactful and diplomatic and professional approach.
- Flexible in approach and timing
- Proactive, well organised, attention to detail, calm under pressure.
- Ability to communicate effectively, internally and externally
- Strong desire to develop and learn
- Ability to adapt with a positive approach to change
