Stock Condition Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Stock Condition Surveyor to join our team on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will work in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy.

About the Role

• This is an outside IR35 role, paid per survey for houses, flats, and blocks.
• The surveyor will conduct over 8,000 property assessments, focusing on stock condition and RDSAP.
• Energy experience is essential, with prior knowledge of RDSAP or DEA required.
• A refresher training program will be provided, but prior experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys using tablet devices and asset management software.
• Navigate properties located in and around Bude, Cornwall.
• Utilize ID badges, calling cards, and large property lists to facilitate door-to-door visits.
• Distribute client-provided letters every 2-3 weeks.

Requirements

• Prior experience in energy assessment and RDSAP or DEA certification.
• Excellent communication and survey skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
