Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily care and supervision of children in the nursery
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to play and learn
• Engage children in ageappropriate activities, such as reading, arts and crafts, and outdoor play
• Help with nappy changes, feeding, and naptime routines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery area
• Communicate with parents regarding their child's day and any concerns or updates

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with young children preferred
• Knowledge of basic child development principles and practices
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
• Knowledge of Flying Start would be helpful, but not a requirement
