Sales Engineer / Sales and Service Hybrid

Role - This role will have primary responsibility for the service, maintenance and in-field customer experience for both the current and future install base.

Applicant - Applicants for this role will be proven field service professionals with commercial mindsets and relationship building skills.

Ideally they will have some expericne with the medical device space but sectors that crossover (predominanly electricalin focuswith networked capabilities) may be considered.

Ideal skills Experience with document management systems (e.g. QAD or similar) is highly desirable

  • Strong information processing skills
  • Previous experience in a similar commercial environment would be an advantage (desired experience 5+ years)
  • Strong and project management organisational skills multitasking with fluid and challenging deadlines will be part of the daytoday growth of the business.
  • Technical ability and understanding of electromechanical devices to allow over the phone troubleshooting.
  • Technical Service management and complaintshandling experience.
  • High level of computer skills, particularly in MS Office suite, and a good ability to learn new systems.
