Ability to work with people of all levels both inside & outside the organisation Proven track record of project management.

Must be able to demonstrate a positive approach to change having supported projects / service redesign / development. Excellent organisational skills. Understanding working in a management role.

Excellent organisation and time management skills, ability to prioritise to meet conflicting demands and ability to multitask. Ability to work autonomously, deal with queries independently and escalate where appropriate. Excellent knowledge and understanding of office and administration procedures.

Ability to establish and maintain relevant recording and information systems Ability to deal professionally with enquiries from staff, service users and stakeholders.

Ability to problem solve and deal professionally with complaints. Extensive administration/clerical experience.
