OSP RECRUITMENT ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT EXPERIENCED PROPERTY SALES CONSULTANTS / ESTATE AGENTS.


The ClientAn established private developer with a property portfolio, and new development schemes currently being built with a very good reputation in the industry.


The Person

My client is looking for experienced sales people with a strong background in residential sales, and knowledge of the Birmingham / Midlands market.


Ability to understand a clients wish list, ability to engage, and sell properties ranging from drawing stage to completed build stage.

This role will involve multi tasking, managing numerous property sales, and liaising with various members of the team.

A minimum of 5 years experience is required for this role.

Driving License is essential

Uncapped commission


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
