Recruitment Administrator
Monday to Friday 8:30 - 13:30 (25hpw)
Do you have experience as a Recruitment Administrator.?
This fantastic charity provide holistic person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities and autism.
Supporting their residents in all aspects of their daily lives and believe that each person should be appreciated and accepted for their unique abilities.
Reporting to HR Manager your role will be to provide comprehensive recruitment administrative support to both Recruitment and HR department and general support to the Office TeamMain responsibilities:
- Assisting with recruitment paperwork
- Onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Assisting the HR and office managers with administrative tasks.
- Manage the progression of recruitment process.
- Providing information to support audits and inspection.
- Assisting with the interview process
- Maintaining records and filing systems.
- Reception duties including meeting and greeting visitors and telephone support.
- General clerical duties.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office systems such as Outlook, Word and Excel to an intermediate level.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and work on own initiative.
- Detail conscious.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment administrative role.
- Experience in office support role
Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract
Salary:
£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
