An opportunity has arisen for dynamic and motivated Band 5 Public Health Staff Nurses to work within the newly integrated 0-19 Children?s and Young People Public Health Service in the West Locality based in Witney.
This includes Burford, Carterton, Witney, Eynsham and the surrounding areas.The new service brings together Health Visiting, School Health Nursing,
and the Family Nurse Partnership delivering the Healthy Child Programme (HCP) to provide an innovative
and high-quality service that helps children young people
and families to thrive.
- The role offers the opportunity to engage in workstreams within
the service to support professional leadership development. - You will be working with children up to 8 years of age where there are known concerns or vulnerabilities
