I am delighted to be supporting a high growth SME in their search for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager is a key role for the business designed to support with the businesses continued growth.
The role will report into an experienced Finance Director who is keen to support and develop the Finance Manager.

The Finance Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the existing finance team.
  • Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Preparation of Monthly accounts/forecasts for board meetings.
  • Conduct profit and cost analyses on a regular basis.

The successful applicant:

  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified, part qualified or QBE
  • Experience in the daytoday management of a finance function and team management, support and mentoring.
  • Experience in transactional accounting, payroll, VAT and all aspects of daytoday finance function
  • Analytically minded and familiarity with data analysis
