CSR are recruiting on behalf of our client in Banbridge, specialising in the design, supply, and installation of a wide range of Off-site Prefabricated solutions for the commercial M&E sectors throughout Ireland and UK.
Role:
To provide administrative support to the warehouse department. This includes efficient and effective maintenance of all routine and non-routine administrative procedures.
Core Responsibilities of role:
- Maintain register of PODs received daily, process for receipt of goods and match with purchase order. Ensure controls at each stage agree with supporting records.
- Ensure all PODs are appropriately ticked and signed to confirm receipt of goods.
- Liaise with the purchasing department regarding quantity variance on PODs and incomplete PORs
- Liaising with sites for receipt of fully authorized delivery notes.
- Maintain register of unmatched invoices. Liaise with site/suppliers for PODs. Ensure match to POD within 3 working days.
- Ensure PORs have the correct job code and analysis code to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain adequate filling system
- Return all received PODs sorted alphabetically by supplier and by POR number, to Accounts office daily by close of business.
- Meet the set deadlines and follow the procedures required in the operation of monthly accounts i.e closing on 10th of month.
- Update spreadsheets as required to assist in the workflow of stores
- Liaise with suppliers in relation to queries and missing PODs.
- Liaise with procurement in relation to back orders and keep a register for same.
- Facilitate and familiarize with weekly stock checks.
- Partake in quarterly stock takes
- To book on and off parcels with couriers.
- Produce basis analysis in relation to stock checks and other pending procedures
- Carry out departmental administrative duties as and when required.
- Any other duties deemed necessary by Management.
Essential Criteria:
- 12 Years experience working in an office environment completing similar duties
- 5 GCSE's at Grade C or above or equivalent, these must include Mathematics and English Language
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Good organization and time management skills
- Accuracy and good attention to detail skills.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
Desired Criteria:
- Previous experience working in a construction, engineering, or manufacturing background.
- Experience working with Exchequer or Sage
