Description
We are an expanding Care company, we are looking for a full time Admin in our office in Isleworth, Monday

  • Friday
We are seeking an Admin to help continue providing high quality of care.


Main Duties and Responsibilities include:

- answering the calls
- calling care workers to confirm that they attended the visit
- informing clients if carer is running late

  • Carrying out telephone monitoring with clients
  • Maintain excellent and accurate communication between the workforce and management
- communicating with GPs/ DNs, other professionals


Essential Criteria:


  • Experience within the Domiciliary Care sector
  • Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office
