We are an expanding Care company, we are looking for a full time Admin in our office in Isleworth, Monday- Friday
Main Duties and Responsibilities include:
- answering the calls
- calling care workers to confirm that they attended the visit
- informing clients if carer is running late
- Carrying out telephone monitoring with clients
- Maintain excellent and accurate communication between the workforce and management
Essential Criteria:
- Experience within the Domiciliary Care sector
- Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office
