Established in 1987, Sanko Gosei UK is a first tier supplier in the automotive industry, producing both interior and exterior moulded, assembled and painted components, we currently have a recruitment need at our state of the art robotic paint plant Sanko Technical Coatings for
Paint Plant Operatives:

-
Job Role:_

To produce parts to given quality standards whilst achieving maximum efficient production.

-
Duties to be performed:_

Processing parts through the manufacturing production line.
Stacking products for delivery to the line.
Safely hanging of parts on the line.
Loading jigs.
Masking parts.
Cleaning of parts before spray.
Accurately checking quality of parts before/after the paint process.
Palletising/moving product using pump trucks.
Putting away of parts into designated locations.
Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping.
Adhering to the concept of lean and 5S manufacturing.
Completing documentation fully, accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensuring health & safety procedures are adhered to.
Working to tight deadlines and meeting company production targets.
General housekeeping.

Qualifications/Experience:_

No specific academic qualifications are required as training will be given.
Experience of working within a paint plant environment is preferred.

Mon-Fri)

Rest Breaks:_

During a full shift there shall be a half hour unpaid luncheon break in addition to a 10-minute unpaid rest period to be taken at regular intervals throughout the shift or as production demands.

Overtime:_

On completion of your full contracted hours any overtime worked will be x 1.5.

24 days holiday per year (excluding bank holidays)

3% Company contributed pension scheme.

Must provide evidence of settlement status if you are an EU national.

£13.00 per hour
