    Account Director

    Overview of the Role:

    • This position requires a seasoned leader to oversee the delivery of Engineering and Facilities Management services to a key customer within London.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring profitability, working capital management, and building long-lasting, loyal customer relationships.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of Operations Managers, Critical Engineering resources, and Commercial support staff in operational and service delivery.
    • Owning and growing the customer account, developing a motivated team that is passionate about service excellence and quality performance management.
    • Maintaining Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, championing their implementation throughout the organization.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Develop policies, plans, and approaches to ensure effective resource allocation and strategy implementation.
    • Ensure best-in-class account strategies, planning, and techniques, including forecasting, capability development, and skills enhancement.
    • Deliver high-quality engineering maintenance at sites with critical infrastructure assets.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Extensive experience in Facilities Management leadership positions, managing multi-disciplinary teams.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders and clients at a strategic level.
    • A strong track record of managing accounts around £10-20m pa and influencing team performance through collaboration and empowerment.
