Description

I am recruiting a Financial Controller for a market leading business headquartered in Weston-Super-Mare.

In this role you will work closely with operational functions to identify areas to improve financial performance and ensure the finance function can support continued business growth and development.

You will report into the Financial Director and play a key part in ensuring robust accounting and financial controls are maintained and will have the ability to make a positive impact on developments within the business.

Responsibilities will include;

Team management
Business partnering with operational functions to deliver business objectives. And drive financial performance
Oversee the production of monthly financials, departmental budgets, multiyear forecasting and daily/weekly KPI's.
Responsibility for managing the delivery of budget control and overhead management.
Manage the year end audit
