Rail Digital Change Consultant
Working for a consultancy that delivers Transformation programmes within the Rail sector.


Location:
-
Hybrid role - 2 days on-site in London, 3 days home-based working

(You have to be flexible on the days you are on the client's sites for example - workshops, meetings, training etc. as required)


Salary:
-
£60,000 basic - £65,000 basic + Package


Role Description


The Resolute Group is working with a Consultancy with a number of projects live across the UK and a secure order book into Q3 of 2023.

We need an experienced Rail Digital Change Consultant ideally with Asset management or embedding new processes and modificationsto an existing system.


You can come from a client or consultancy background as long as you have been involved with change or transformation programmes.

Understanding how to deliver a change programme as part of a larger team or leading a small project so you are able to set achievablemilestones with the client.

More importantly how to handle a project if a milestone is missed or delayed.

Having the communication skills to ensure the client understands the issues and how to turn the project around to bring it back on programme.

Very much a hands-on role as you will take full ownership of the change elements from the stakeholder meetings.

Creating the new processes and associated documents, Training plans as required, building in the client's milestones and coordinating with theother business units to see how the change will affect them.


Day to day activities will change but could include: Supporting the leadership teams with new processes and systems as required.


  • Support with documentation creation including training plan, process maps and internal process changes.
  • Liaising with the Data analysts
  • Keeping the team focused on the end goal of the data dashboards and implementation.
  • Setting regular milestones to ensure the client is fully on board with the process


  • Risk mitigation

  • Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
  • Training plans as required to ensure the team is fully brought into the new changes.

Your background:
-


  • Proven experience of being on a change programme, Ideally digitally focused, taking ownership of a section of a large programme or leading a smaller scheme.
  • Able to analyse and create robust "Go Live Plans" translating the stakeholder requirements and expectations to a process map to undertake the change programme.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Degree qualified or MBA again would be ideal due to the levels you will be operating at.
  • Experience of working in the Transportation sector, ideally Rail but open to Aviation as long as its involved with a change programme.
