37.5 hours per week (Predominantly Monday to Friday but some flexibility required, flexible working pattern considered)


We are an integrated Children and Young People (CYP) Community Nursing Service providing specialist nursing care to CYP with complex physical health needs across several teams.

This includes Community Children's Nursing, Special School Nursing and Respite provision.


We are looking for an experienced rota co-ordinator with excellent organisational qualities to support the day to day running of our service.

You will work alongside operational and clinical leads in CYP Community Nursing Service to coordinate the off duty rota's, on call provisions and booking of bank staff.

This non-clinical role will be a key team member and have the ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision across all teams.

There will be a requirement to support other operational activities across the service including equipment and medical supplies management.

The post holder will need to hold a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.

Advanced IT skills and working knowledge of electronic systems used in health care settings are a requirement, The role will involve some direct contact with families and you will be required to book children/young people in for their respite visits.
