Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Representative to join our team. As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to upsell products and services, and a strong attention to detail.


Duties:


  • Communicate with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
  • Upsell additional products or services to customers based on their needs
  • Enter customer data accurately into the system
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Assist with order processing and tracking
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,647.75 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
