Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Representative to join our team. As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to upsell products and services, and a strong attention to detail.Duties:
- Communicate with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Upsell additional products or services to customers based on their needs
- Enter customer data accurately into the system
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
- Assist with order processing and tracking
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
From £25,647.75 per year
