I am working for a fantastic global company who are seeking a Digital Solutions Manager to join their team in Hatfield.

This is a new role which focuses on transformation change for the organisation.

As the Digital Solutions Manager you will be responsible for driving digital strategy across Sales, Marketing and Medical and work in partnerships across the business, you must be able to understand digital evolution and be able to incorporate ideas andtrends into the affiliate plans, ensuring digital enhancement by each market.

The Role:

Full implementation for the companies CRM and Digital strategy by working in collaboration with the Digital Transformation Lead
Collaborating with different areas of the business to enhance digital culture
Oversee allocated Digital solutions that include understanding business strategy, solution scoping, design, testing, and deployment
Identify customer engagement preference needs and assist markets in segmentation and marketing efforts
Serve as the Digital point of contact
Ensure oversight, project management and delivering programme initiatives that link to the organisation's digital innovation
