Global Lettings and Management are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team based in Spinningfields.
You'll be working closely with our Head of Lettings to ensure the smooth running of our daily operations and be a key, customer-facing member of our team.
We're looking for an enthusiastic individual with great communication skills to allow us to maintain the consistent high level of service our customers expect.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Completing Viewings and Finalising Lets
- Processing Tenancy paperwork
- Liaising with tenants to help solve queries
- Helping with the marketing of new properties
- Processing landlord documentation
- Ensuring system compliance and all databases are up to date
- Visiting apartments to complete compliance checks
Global Lettings works with customers all over the world and we have access to some of the most exciting and premium residential schemes across the country.
High attention to detail and good organisation skills will be key for this role as you'll have autonomy to work independently once trained.
Salary base:
£23,000 - £26,000p.a plus commission
Pay:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
