My Client are a global organisation within Manufacturing and Production looking to hiring on a permanent basis into their Customer Experience team.


Description

Main Responsibilities of a Customer Experience Administrator:

  • Review Customer Surveys to measure area of concerns and work as a team implement any changes needed.
  • Customer journey mapping
  • Development of monthly and ad hoc UK Survey Action Plans
  • Improve customer data collection
  • Manage Customer Experience communications
  • Support with staff training programmes to support Customer experience

Profile

  • Must have excel experience
  • Must enjoy analysing data and have experience with doing so
  • To be a customer focused individual
