My Client are a global organisation within Manufacturing and Production looking to hiring on a permanent basis into their Customer Experience team.
Description
Main Responsibilities of a Customer Experience Administrator:
- Review Customer Surveys to measure area of concerns and work as a team implement any changes needed.
- Customer journey mapping
- Development of monthly and ad hoc UK Survey Action Plans
- Improve customer data collection
- Manage Customer Experience communications
- Support with staff training programmes to support Customer experience
Profile
- Must have excel experience
- Must enjoy analysing data and have experience with doing so
- To be a customer focused individual
