Description

Responsibilities:

Being a referral point within the branch
Always adhering to individual underwriting authority limit
Understanding processes and procedures required whilst meeting clients demands and needs
Delivering excellent customer service, meeting customer requirements efficiently and effectively for new business
Calculating new business, renewals and MTA premiums in accordance with specific carrier's risk guidelines or consulting with insurers for all nondelegated authority business
Maintaining thorough and accurate records of all customer interactions
Handling complaints in line with current processes

Required:

3 years minimum experience working within a broking or underwriting environment
CII qualification or working to obtain the qualification is desirable
