£25,000 to £30,000 Per Annum

Redditch
Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4:30pm
Our client specialises in providing advanced, precision engineering products around the world. They are looking to recruit an experience Sale administrator to join the team.
You will be a strong and confident individual, with an analytical mind, who can liaise at all levels while juggling several demands daily.
Day to day duties will include the following:
- Data entry using in house systems and Microsoft Excel
- Processing of sales orders
- Answering phone calls from customers in a professional and timely manner
- Preparing and following up of quotations
- Liaising with the production team
- Have good working knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly MS Word, outlook & Excel
- Have good IT and computer skills
- Be able to work as an individual and part of the office team
- Have a good telephone manner
- Experience in working within a similar environment
- Be proactive
