Ross & Liddell are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Commercial Property Team.


Key duties will include:


  • Assisting our Commercial Property Team in Instructing reactive maintenance to properties and liaising with contractors for updates on jobs;
  • Processing Invoices in respect to repair works;
  • Maintaining Various Databases relative to our Management Portfolio;
  • Assisting in providing access to contractors, by signing out keys/contact tenants;
  • Liaising with various suppliers to ensure accurate billing, including liaising with local Councils on rates relief etc.
  • Assisting Property Managers in obtaining meter readings and other information from managed properties locally;
  • Collating expenditure invoices to assist Property Managers with service charge accounts.
  • General administration tasks in addition to daytoday written communications
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Good team player;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Confident telephone manner;
  • Great attention to detail;
  • Excellent organisation skills;
  • Smart, professional appearance;
  • Ability to manage a busy workload;
Experience in property is desirable but not essential. A driving licence would be preferred.

This is a Permanent position working from the office Monday to Friday 9am-5pm f

Excellent salary based on experience.


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Glasgow, G1 4AW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
