The Role:

  • The COVID-19 Pandemic has had a significant impact on the social care provider market, social care providers have responded exceptionally well and maintained safe and good quality care delivery throughout a very challenging time. The Quality Team at Adults' Health and Care have supported providers throughout the pandemic with information, resources, advice, and guidance and will continue to do so. To help us to continue to support as many Hampshire providers as possible we are looking to employ an officer to join the existing team.
  • This role will work alongside other senior members of the team to provide high quality advice and support to providers across Hampshire and work collaboratively with other departments within Adult's Health and Care as well as partner agencies. You will be able to collate and analyse data and have project management skills. You will be expected to provide face to face visits as well as virtual contact and will need to be able to respond quickly when required to do so in the event of provider failures or closures.
  • The role will require you to be able to collate information and identify data trends. Be able to provide advice and guidance on infection control and signpost to resources to enable providers to meet their contractual outcomes and obligations. You will need to write high quality reports and correspondence of your work with providers and support the operational social care teams to effectively manage the Quality Outcomes and Contract Monitoring processes.
