Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and has excellent communication skills.


Duties:


  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints
  • Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Maintain customer records by accurately entering and updating information in the database
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving the customer experience
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £24,820.38 per year
