Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and has excellent communication skills.Duties:
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain customer records by accurately entering and updating information in the database
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving the customer experience
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
From £24,820.38 per year
