FRS are recruiting an experience Credit Controller for a family owned business who have operated within Coventry for the past 40 years.

You will be joining a small, close-knit team who work in a busy but fun working environment and you'll be responsible for an efficient and friendly Credit Control service.

Duties will include

Ensuring customers are managed so that invoices are paid to agreed terms and accounts operate within approved credit limits
Processing invoices onto Sage
Maintain all paperwork in relevant folders and keep files organised
Problem solve if there are any discrepancies with invoices
Generating report with the Sales team & Finance Director
Issue credit notes
Allocating cash payments to clients
Be professional with all customers and ensure a friendly but firm Credit Control service
Have strong attention to detail
Experienced with Sage 50 & MS Excel
Friendly, approachable and work well within an SME environment
