Salary up to 27k Tigerlily Childcare are recruiting for a nursery in Chesham who are looking to find Room leader. You will be passionate about working with children, watching them develop under your care and looking to continue your career with a reputable nursery committed to happiness of the children and staff. They need dynamic, driven and committed individuals with a child centred approach. Must have a minimum L3 qualification in Early Years education or equivalent, have excellent written and spoken English and have experience working in a similar role at either a nursery room leader or room manager or deputy nursery level where you have successfully mentored and supervised staff in a busy nursery.

Commitment to helping children thrive and get the best start in life, a warm and positive approach, lots of creative ideas and a willingness to work as part of a team.

Essential experience and qualifications include:

Supervisory experience in a nursery setting, experience working with either or all three age ranges (baby, toddler, pre-school), minimum L3 qualified in early years to make sure that the children under your care develop and learn in a safe and supportive environment, good communication skills.
