Description
Pinpoint Solutions Contracting is currently seeking a Junior Estimator to work for a well renowned M&E company.

In this role they are looking for either a Junior M&E Estimator ready to move up or a Uni Graduate ready for their first role

You will need to have knowledge of or working towards the below;

  • Analysing plans
  • Creating bills of quantities and other project documentation in order to estimate costs
- researching, sourcing, negotiating and obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.

  • Creating Job files and Tender Files
  • Formulating work scopes
  • Creating and Building spreadsheets
  • Salary is negotiable depending on experience as well as a full company package and benefits.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Estimating: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
