We are looking for a full-time manager to join our brand new Advanced Oral Health Centre in Bridgwater - Opening May 23

This is a very exciting time to join the business and be a part of the opening of this brand-new 7-surgery, fully digital, and specialist dental practice:

The practice will offer a mix of NHS and Private treatments with huge potential to drive private revenue even further:

Located on the main road into Bridgwater, close to the M5 and local transport routes as well as onsite parking

As a Practice Manager, your role will include:

Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets and managing budgets
Managing a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and managing the performance of selfemployed clinicians
Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
