Are you passionate about early childhood education and eager to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our nursery located in South Liverpool.


Responsibilities:


As a Nursery Assistant, your responsibilities will include:


  • Supporting Learning Activities: Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities to stimulate and engage young children.

Supervision: Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children, ensuring their well-being at all times.

Collaboration: Work closely with other nursery staff and teachers to create a positive and cohesive learning environment.

Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, updating them on their child's progress and well-being.

Hygiene and Safety: Ensure that the nursery is clean, safe, and adheres to health and safety regulations.

Individualised Care: Recognize and respond to the individual needs of each child, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development.


Qualifications:


  • Previous experience working with young children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Dedication to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one.
