We are currently looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual to become part of our friendly and hardworking team in Oldham.

The General Assistant is a varied role and critical to the continued success of our business. To be successful in this role you will have an outgoing personality and enjoy interacting with customers.

Key Skills

Approachability
Excellent communication and listening skills
Attention to detail and good time management skills
Good PC skills
Working under pressure
Preferred previous face to face customer service experience
A grounding in the latest technology (phones, laptops etc) is an advantage but not essential as full training is provided

Key responsibilities

To create a positive work environment, supporting management and their teams.
Actively promote most aspects of our business including buying, selling and pawnbroking.

Salary:
£6.83-£9.50 per hour
