I am working on an exciting opportunity for an Engineering and Facilities Lead to join an international Scientific Organisation based in Cambridge.

My client plays a significant role in shaping the world through advancements in Healthcare, Life Science andElectronics.

The Engineering and Facilities Lead will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading the onsite engineering and maintenance team
  • Providing support for all in house equipment, making sure that critical equipment and systems comply to relevant policies, procedures and guidelines and comply with company standards
  • Planning and prioritising key projects schedules with senior managers and departmental supervisors.
  • Coordinating with external contractor activities in support of equipment preventative maintenance
To be considered for the Engineering and Facilities Lead you will need the following skills and experience:

  • Proven project management experience; experienced in workload planning, scheduling skills and
  • Lean sigma green/black belt
  • Experience in facilities management
  • Proficient in the use of PCs and software packages
