Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

Fully Office Based in London

£29k-£32k Per Annum
Our client is looking for a planned and preventative maintenance co-ordinator to join their amazing team in London

The PPM Coordinator will support the contract's Account Managers and Compliance Manager with asset and planned maintenance management.

This will be done by scheduling in inspections and appointments and providing routine and ad-hoc reporting for statutory compliance and contractually agreed service level performance.

You will learn how best to understand the diverse processes and systems for servicing our client contracts and accounting. Using this learning to instil these skills for the most effective outcome.


Main duties include, but not limited to:

  • You will be responsible for planning and scheduling over 6000 annual Planned and Preventative Maintenance appointments.
  • All PPM's need to be scheduled in and completed within the Service Level Agreement targets assigned to each of them.
  • Working closely with the Account Managers to ensure these targets are being met, will be a key focus to the success of this role.
  • This role will report directly to the Compliance Manager and will ensure that all compliance inspections and actions are booked in and are seen through to the point of reporting certificating and reporting.
  • You will be the first point of contact for managing the PPM planner on our client's system (Elogbook's) and our internal system (Clik).
  • Ensuring that legislative documentation is recorded to meet client/ company recommendations.
  • You will schedule and coordinate our team of inspectors and engineers affectively to achieve the desired outcome needed for our clients contract.
