_Kenect Recruitment are recruiting HGV / LGV mechanics for our client to Join our experienced teamcarrying out routine maintenance and repairs on our impressive fleet of vehicles.

What you'll do:

Routine maintenance and repairs on all makes of commercial vehicles within our extensive fleet, e.g., engine servicing, brakes, clutches, etc.
Diagnose faults using company diagnostic software, rectify faults, and liaise with the Stores department to attain the correct parts as required.
Ensure all jobs and service records are completed accurately and on time.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and ensure safe working practices are adhered to.

What you'll need:

Previous demonstrable experience as a vehicle mechanic.
Experience of diagnostic tools and equipment.
Full valid driving licence.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills (gets the job done).
Ability to work well within a small team and produce a high standard of work.
A relevant mechanic qualification would be advantageous.

Hours of work: 7.30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday and Saturdays (paid at a premium rate) on a rotational basis from 7.45am pm.
