As the Transport Administrator, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service.

You'll work with customers, business partners and drivers to ensure we meet our commitments and delight our customers at every step of the experience.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be extraordinary at multitasking and delivering solutions that move multiple projects forward toward completion.

As a part of the XPO team, you'll have a starring role in helping us continue to provide daily freight solutions for our customers.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £24,000 per annum. Working times - Monday - Friday / 6am - 2pm.


What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Assist customers and business partners via appropriate communication methods.
  • Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
  • Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
  • Assist with compliance tasks for the operation.
  • Data entry and other administration related tasks.
  • To achieve weekly and monthly KPIs as set by the business and producing reports and escalating any issues through the management team.

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  • Previous experience within a transport/logistics organisation desired but not essential.
  • Previous experience within a customer service role.
  • Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently and react quickly to customer requirements.
  • Effective Customer Service Skills
  • Good working knowledge of UK Geography.
