EXPERIENCE


The Sales Associate of FBC will have 3 to 5 years' experience in an inside and outside sales closing role within the luxury market.

They will have extensive experience managing a book of 200 plus trade client accounts (interior designers and architects) with a sales cycle of 1 to 6 months for first purchase and returning clients.


An understanding of high-end luxury retail markets is a vital as well as an understanding of providing a bespoke, personal service to FBC's clients.

Being able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment being flexible, professional, compliant, and diligent under pressure is essential.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily outreach to A&D community and Key Accounts.
  • Actively calling for prospective new sales and strategically meeting with potential clients. A minimum of 10 sales call per week will be required.
  • Establish solid connections with influential people in the industry while preserving and expanding current connections.
  • Increase revenues significantly while ensuring great customer service.
  • Update and add new leads, project details, meeting notes, and client contact information to the CRM database.
  • Organise weekly breakfasts or evening drinks in our Pimlico Road showroom with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including production, logistics, and finance to ensure a smooth, seamless luxury experience.
  • Proactively resolve client issues using problemsolving and client service skills.
  • Must multitask effectively and accurately utilise multiple systems concurrently to accurately capture all client and order information.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of FBC London's brand and brands carried as well as product information.
  • Other duties as assigned ad hoc tasks.

  • Strong knowledge and passion for luxury interior design, products, and art.
  • Detailed orientated with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Selfstarter and highly motivated to prove results.
  • Solution focused with the ability to identify and anticipate client needs.
  • Superior problemsolving skills particularly when dealing with any client issues.
  • Innovative; constantly seeking ways to gain and build relationships and improve processes.
  • Solid Computer Skills including Salesforce.
  • Have excellent fluent written and spoken English
  • Team Player and collaborative, always willing to step up and help.
