We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Advisor.

As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with our clients.


Duties:


  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate information
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues or concerns
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting products or services to clients

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
From £24,046.25 per year
