Up to £55,000 plus bonus and benefits

Hybrid working Available

Duties of the Trade Finance Officer to include:

  • Ensuring transactions are all processed and settled in a timely basis, prioritizing particularly critical or time-sensitive files whilst adhering to SLA's.
  • Responsible for import and export Trade Finance duties, including Letters of Credit.
  • Ensure that all internal reporting requirements are met, and supporting other initiatives and projects as and when required.
  • Cross train other members of the team to improve the team's ability to mold to requirements of a multi business stream environment.

Requirements for the successful Trade Finance Officer:

  • Deep understanding of all Trade Finance products, including guarantees, collections, discounting, forfaiting etc.
  • Knowledge of UCP 600, ISP98, URDG 758, URC 522 and other relevant ICC publications
  • Experience with commodities is essential, and working experience gained within a bank highly desirable.
